Our commitment
Pinkilo LLC builds digital products for a living, and we hold our own website to the standard we ask our clients to meet. We want www.pinkilo.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, navigate by keyboard, rely on magnification, or need reduced motion.
Standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines are the widely accepted benchmark for making web content perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
We describe this as a target we work toward rather than a certification. We have not commissioned an independent audit of this website, and we would rather tell you that plainly than imply a level of assurance we have not earned. Accessibility is not a box we have ticked once — it is something we re-check as the site changes.
What we do
- Build with semantic HTML and use ARIA only where native elements are not enough
- Keep interactive elements reachable and operable by keyboard
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images
- Declare the page language so screen readers pronounce content correctly
- Test against automated accessibility tooling as part of development
- Aim for text contrast that meets AA thresholds
Known limitations
This website uses animation, motion and decorative visual effects as part of its design. We are progressively making sure these respect the "reduced motion" preference in your operating system and that decorative elements never carry information that is not also available as text.
If you encounter something that does not work for you, we would genuinely like to know. Real reports from real people are more useful than any automated scan.
Third-party content
Some parts of the experience are provided by third parties — for example, scheduling is handled by Microsoft Bookings. We do not control the accessibility of third-party services, but if one of them is creating a barrier for you, tell us and we will find you another way to reach us.
